Join us for an unique wine dinner, featuring Groot Constantia winery.
Groot Constantia is the oldest wine estate in South Africa and provincial heritage site in the suburb of Constantia in Cape Town, South Africa.
"Groot" in Dutch and Afrikaans translates as "great" (as in large) in English.
Groot Constantia’s rich history shows how one man’s love of wine established South Africa's first wine farm more than 330 years ago and how those 891 morgen of land formed the origins of the commercial South African wine industry, with Emperors and Kings such as Frederick the Great of Prussia and Louis Phillipe (King of the French) buying 'Constantia Wyn' at auctions across Europe.
The evening will start with Aperitivo at the table, with selection of canapés followed by a 4-course dinner specially curated to be paired with beautiful wines for this night only.
