Zafferano is proud to present a one night only wine pairing dinner featuring black truffle from Perigord, France and fine wines of Il Molino di Grace, an organic certified producer from Tuscany, Italy.
A unique 5-course dinner menu was specially curated by our Head Chef Andrea de Paola to allow black truffle to shine in each and every dish.
Wine pairing includes a wonderful 2011 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione IL Margone and 2016 Chianti Classico Riserva, both rated 95 points by Wine Decanter and Wine Spectator respectively.
